After analytics consent, we create a random anonymous VisitorID valid for 180 days and a SessionID that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We may record visited pages, approximate country/region/city, device type, browser, traffic source, campaign parameters, page engagement and selected clicks. We do not record form contents, passwords, precise location or a device fingerprint.
Analytics is used to understand site performance, product interest and form conversions. Persistent analytics begins only after your consent. Necessary storage used for security and your consent preference operates independently from analytics.
Raw analytics events are retained for up to 180 days. Anonymous aggregate reports may be kept longer because they cannot reasonably identify an individual visitor.
The site is hosted on Vercel and analytics records are stored in Supabase. Approximate location is derived by the hosting platform from the incoming network request; WillowSoft does not store the full IP address in analytics events.
You may allow, reject or later withdraw analytics. Withdrawing consent deletes the analytics identifiers from your browser and stops future analytics events. It does not affect necessary site functions.
Depending on applicable law, you may request information, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. Because the VisitorID is anonymous, include it only if you have independently saved it; WillowSoft does not use it to discover your identity.
